1. Boil lots of salted water. In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium.

2. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes. Season and set away. Fry the onion for 5 minutes in the remaining oil over medium heat.

3. Stir in the garlic. Fry mushrooms for 5 minutes to soften and brown.

4. Marsala wine, high heat, and 5 minutes of bubbling. Meanwhile, boil the noodles and drain.

5. Return to the mushrooms and wine pan and lower the heat. Salt and pepper the sour cream, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.

6. Stir in chicken and butter. Serve with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
